- When subscriptions renew
- Which licenses and seats are being used
- Where important links and resources are located
- What projects and tasks are active
- What requires attention
Digihood creates a single source of truth for organizing this information and making everyday digital operations easier to understand and manage.

Instead, you can organize access references, login locations, usernames where appropriate, ownership information, and other useful access details while continuing to use your preferred password management solution for passwords and sensitive credentials.
Can I manage shared accounts?
Yes.
Digihood supports shared-account scenarios where multiple team members use or need information about the same software account.
You can organize information such as:

Yes.
Digihood supports software where individual licenses or seats are assigned to users.

- Licenses purchased
- Licenses assigned
- Available seats

This can help identify unused capacity and make software allocation easier to understand.
What's the difference between Shared Accounts and Individual Accounts?
Shared Account
A single account or access point is used by multiple team members.
Examples can include shared social media accounts, shared SaaS subscriptions, or other shared company services.
Individual Account

Examples can include Microsoft 365, Slack, GitHub, Notion, and similar services.
Digihood allows you to organize both types of software access.
Can I see who owns a tool or subscription?

- Internal accountability
Can I track software and service costs?
Yes.
Digihood helps you organize costs associated with your digital operations.
Depending on the item, you can track information such as:

The maximum size of an individual uploaded file is 25 MB.
What happens when I reach my storage limit?
When your account or workspace reaches its file storage allowance, new file uploads will be temporarily unavailable.
You can free storage by deleting files you no longer need or upgrade to a plan with a higher storage allowance.
Your existing files are not automatically deleted simply because you reach your storage limit.

The Sharing Center helps company administrators organize and share software access information with team members.
Depending on the situation, administrators can:

- Select or create a user
- Organize access information
- Share ownership information
- Share relevant access references
The Sharing Center is designed to make internal software access management clearer and more organized.

Can Digihood help manage team members?
